25.01.2022 Olive oil range. We have a great olive oil range which accompanies our dukkahs wonderfully and complimemts any of your everyday cooking styles. The intense garlic is a good general everyday olive oil.... Asian one is delicious to brown meat in for stir frys Wild lime is great for searing chicken before tossing through a salad They are $19.95 and last a long time as you only need such a small amount to get the desired flavour.

23.01.2022 5 random products and ideas of what to do with these great combinations Dark mint chocolate powder- muffins,cakes,slices. Where a recipe asks for cocoa substitute with the powder. Or if a packet which i am sure we all use, Just add a tbs to mixture. Also whip cream and add tbs to make a easy mousse chop some bananas, rock melon and some marshmallow and you have a simple easy platter Aussie roast- add to your roast veges, use as a meat rub on a piece of lamb, spaghetti bog, l...amb meatballs Louisiana creole- mix with sour cream or greek yoghurt to make a beautiful dip for nachos, tacos,burritos eyc. It goes beautifully in a layered mexican dip where you put your mexican beans on the bottom followed by your creole followed by guacamole (also in our dip range) followed by diced tomatoes, topped with grated cheese and a packet of doritos to dip into. Great and so simple for partys. Greek yoghurt works best. Also add into casseroles or anything tomato based (quite hot) Thai green curry- great as a dip. Chicken curry add this and the sri lankan coconut curry (spice range) with chicken, onion, any veges, some ginger, garlic and a tin of coconut cream to make a delicious natural curry. Cook some pappadums and rice. Lachlan loves this. Goes great in a pumpkin soup also. Hope this is helpful.

08.01.2022 Mediterranean risotto balls. Absolutely delicious. Made them yesterday. Mixtured makes 30 big ones or probably 40-50 small ones. Dip them in a rekish relish or sauce.

04.01.2022 Sliced potatoes, sweet potato and pumpkin. Sprinkle some southern onion meat rub over the top. No need for salt. Place in oven till ctispy. Meat rubs $13.95. So yummy and tasty.
