23.01.2022 I've decided that for World Refugee Day tomorrow, I'm going to donate $10 from every treatment I give this week to the Asylum Centre Resource Centre. We, as human beings, need to reach out to those who are most vulnerable and in need of our help. Everybody deserves to feel safe and protected and given as much opportunity to thrive and succeed in life. Thanks for your ongoing support everyone xx

05.01.2022 This is an interview I recently did with Maud Briscoe-Renaud. Maud BR is a long-time patient of mine, and a wonderful counsellor and life-coach. I hope you enjoy learning about why I got into practicing Chinese medicine and what to expect from a session with me. A special thanks to Maud for taking the time to interview me! https://www.maudbr.com//Resources-to-create-a-life-giving-

04.01.2022 The over-prescription of antibiotics to inappropriately treat viral infections and other non-bacterial infections is incredibly common. This can include conditions such as viral pneumonia, ear infections, skin conditions such as acne and eczema and chronic sinus infections. Often patients are given several rounds of the same antibiotic, or if one fails they will just be provided with a new one to try. This has not only led to the rise of drug-resistant strains of bacteria, but also undermines a persons microbial gut health. This further weakens an individual's immune system, and so the cycle continues. Acupuncture, herbal medicine and the right nutritional and supplemental support is a very valuable way to avoid the vicious cycle of antibiotic use and to avoid their all to common misuse altogether.

03.01.2022 I think we all need to work on this. It should be this simple
