Well it depends, everybody is different; no two people are going to have the exact same result from the same meal plan. Which is why I always do a food/lifestyle analysis with my clients so I can get a deep understanding of them, their history and what has worked/not worked for them in the past so I can tailor my advice and plans to suit their specific needs.... Benefits of 3 large meals - Allows more time for digestion (puts less stress on the digestive system) - Time efficiency (working and don’t have time to eat) - Lower blood glucose levels Benefits of small regular meals - Keeps you satiated during the day - Maintain energy levels - Increase muscle protein synthesis One is not better than the other, it depends on your goals and what you will be able to stay consistent with. Overall, it is the total calorie intake and maintained consistency that makes the big difference.

This will help you to drink more throughout the day and also assist in reducing your calorie consumption as the water will fill you and you will eat less.
