25.01.2022 Running, rowing, box jumps and all of the fun things in conditioning this morning. What a way to start the day

25.01.2022 Handstand if you’re ready for the weekend happy Friday team!

25.01.2022 Misty morning river walks

24.01.2022 Best part of the day . . #sunrisespam

23.01.2022 Another great week of training down enjoy your weekend and stay healthy team!

22.01.2022 Always smiling...even on the assault bikes! Ok I admit I made them smile for the photo but I promise everyone leaves here with a smile on their face. Nothing beats a session with the squad

22.01.2022 Crispy Winter Salad Bowl . . This was an experiment today and it was too delicious not to share! Pop your pumpkin, chickpeas, brocollini and kale on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil and himalayan salt. Bake for 20 minutes on 200 degrees, then serve in a bowl with goats cheese and lemon juice. [Yes, I had already destroyed most of it before remembering to take an after pic!]. Enjoy!

22.01.2022 It’s coming back to that soup time of the year so I thought I would share one of my favourites! It is super easy to make and healthy. The ingredients are 2 lamb shanks, a tin of lentils, 1 sweet potato chopped, frozen peas, garlic and water. Cook all together on high for around 6-8 hours until meat falls off the bone. Perfect cold weather warmer, enjoy!

22.01.2022 There’s something magical about this time of the day One positive I am taking from this situation is the slower mornings and the chance to sit and watch the sun come up each day #gratitude

21.01.2022 I haven’t posted any content in a loooong time. When this all started, I thought I would be posting online so much more frequently as I had ‘more time’ to now. But the reality is, it’s actually pretty hard to be creative when you’ve been stuck inside your 4 walls for 10 weeks straight. I have been bunkering down and taking care of myself and my clients, and I am so proud of all of us for adapting and being consistent with our training and wellbeing in these crazy times. It ce...rtainly is challenging to dig deep and find the motivation within, and I feel we’ve all stepped up to the plate and done our best, and that is all we can ask of ourselves. If that has meant some quiet time on the social media for me, then that is A-OK! I can’t wait to come back bigger and better for my amazing team. So here is a little workout snippet from today: 1 power clean, 1 squat clean and 1 jerk every 90 seconds for 10 rounds. Followed by some saucy conditioning with double unders, kettlebell swings and handstand push ups. Not filmed, as there were nearly actual tears . Hang in there everyone! It won’t be long until we are back together See more

21.01.2022 PM team sweating out their conditioning piece tonight

20.01.2022 Last nights class looking strong Happy hump day team!

19.01.2022 Tonight’s dinner was too good looking not to share. Spicy prawn laksa and dumplings were the perfect winter warmer

18.01.2022 Today looked a little something like this.. Part A: 6x2 Squat Cleans @80% Part B: 9 min AMRAP of 5 Hang Power Snatches, 10 KB Swings, 15 Butterfly Sit Ups.... I must admit, I lost my groove a little bit over Easter, but it felt good to get the ball rolling again today . In these crazy times all we can do is try to keep consistent and do our best!

17.01.2022 Life is all about showing up and doing the best you can on any given day. I am so proud of my clients for continuing to show up and give their 100% right through lockdown and even more so now that we’re back together in the gym #showupeveryday #tuesdaythoughts

14.01.2022 Mums getting their deadlifts done

13.01.2022 What a morning. There is nothing quite like a sunrise walk for the soul

12.01.2022 What a great feeling to be back in the flesh training my clients! We all made the most of technology and did what we needed to get by, but nothing beats the face to face connection and seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces. This is why I love what I do!

12.01.2022 We’re back baby! What a day to get outdoors and train in the sunshine We will be running outdoor classes 3 times a day, 3 days per week. If you’d like to join in, send us a message!

11.01.2022 Mornings with the squad . . How good it is to be back doing the things we love with the people who inspire us. Never will we take for granted being able to get up and train with our pals each day

09.01.2022 When the squad gets the outfit memo happy humpday team!

08.01.2022 On the menu today; front squats and hip thrusts - because those glutes won’t grow themselves! Happy hump day team

07.01.2022 Lunch is served! Pumpkin, pea & sundried tomato risotto topped with spinach and goats cheese . Because when other than iso does one have time to stand and stir continuously for 40 minutes on a weekday! I love to make a hearty risotto in bulk and freeze half or keep it in the fridge for a ready to go meal #isocooking

06.01.2022 And that’s a wrap 2020! What an epic 12 Days of Christmas class to finish off the year! I want to sincerely thank all of my wonderful clients for all of your support during this challenging year. By banding together we have all come out the other end stronger and I am so proud of what we have all achieved. Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year, enjoy lots of good food, a few too many drinks and the down time with your loved ones. See you bigger and better in 2021

06.01.2022 The first (and probably last) time that I’ll let Odie in with me while I train. Yes, I will be sharing a lot of dog content from now on. And no, I’m not sorry. #gymdogsofinstagram

06.01.2022 Show up, do the work, and the results will follow. The girls getting it done this morning

05.01.2022 Finally, a big cheers to the holidays!! What a year 2020 has been, where do we even start? For the first time ever since starting my business, I like many others suddenly found myself with no job security and scrambling to restructure my business and keep it alive. For what may seem like a luxury for some, is literally a livelihood for us. I certainly spent lots of time behind closed doors terrified and anxious, and for the first time feeling so uncertain of the future. All ...whilst doing my absolute best to continue to serve my clients and make sure everyone else was doing okay, still moving and coping with what was going on. From lockdowns and online training, back to the gym, back into lockdown again and then outdoor sessions, to finally opening the doors to our very own gym. It has been a whirlwind to say the least. As much as I love the go go lifestyle of the fitness industry, I am looking forward to slowing down and reflecting on the year that was. So this is where I’ll be for the next 2 weeks, sipping wine and feeling fine! I hope you all find the time to slow down this festive season, enjoy quality time with your loved ones and recharge your batteries. We all need it after this year! See you all in 2021, bigger and better See more

03.01.2022 Those early morning rays . . We are so excited to be outdoors and training again. While we miss the gym dreadfully, this is a great opportunity for us to rebuild a solid base fitness and focus on our mobility and single limb strength before jumping back into the heavy weights. You’ll be amazed how hard you can work with minimal equipment

03.01.2022 What a time to be alive! Nothing makes me feel more present and relaxed than being out in nature, particularly with all the uncertainty this pandemic has brought. Being outdoors is so therapeutic and recharging for the mind and the soul

02.01.2022 Well worth a read to anyone who is hoping to return to training in the next few weeks! It is important to note that even if you have been completing workouts from home, if you have not been using the same weight, stimulus and intensity, deconditioning can occur in as little as 2 weeks. My clients will be starting back with a re education on movement patterns and slowly re introducing load and intensity over time. As much as you may want to jump back in hammer and tong, you need to look after your body during this time. Train smarter, not harder!

02.01.2022 Rise & Shine . . These spring mornings are a sign of the summer on our horizon. It also feels like a sign of the better things to come, what a difference it makes to be able to come together and train again. Not only for our bodies, but for our minds. There has been a mental health pandemic this year, and it has proved more than anything how important exercise and a sense of community is for our mental wellbeing. #teamtraining #strongertogether
