24.01.2022 I know that some days it all seems too hard but trust me when I say it will be worth it

20.01.2022 Make sure you get your orders in by Tuesday 15th December x

19.01.2022 Are you ok? There's no denying that things are tough at the moment so I wanted to ask, are you ok? Today is a good chance to check in with family and friends and start the conversation.......... And remember, it's ok not to be ok. One thing I've been hearing a lot from my clients lately is that they are struggling but don't feel like they have any 'right' to- it generally gets followed up with 'but there are plenty of people worse off than me so I 'shouldn't' be feeling ...this way'. Not true. You are allowed to feel any way you feel and it's never helpful to compare your suffering to someone else's- trying to deny your feelings just adds another layer of difficulty and suffering because then you just start feeling bad for feeling bad and that definitely isn't going to make you feel any better! I heard this quote from Brene Brown recently that I loved- 'Empathy isn't pizza' so there's not a finite amount of empathy to go around and that includes empathy for yourself! So, I want to ask you again, Are you ok?

01.01.2022 Meditation in breast cancer Meditation is a great tool for reducing some of the common symptoms women with breast cancer experience. It has been shown to re...duce stress, improve mood, lower pain, decrease hot flashes, increase energy and improve cognition. It also lowers inflammation and improves immune function, two key factors in the development and progression of breast cancer. Even better, it’s completely safe, takes little physical effort and is free! By ReMed's Ancora Oncology Naturopath & Nurse - Emily Cahill
