21.01.2022 2KG bones, roasted at 220 fro 10 mins. Add to large pot or slow cooker with 2 stalks celery, 2 carrots, garlic, onion, parsley, peppercorns, salt, bayleaves, tblsp apple cider vinegar, opt turmeric and other fresh herbs. Cover with filtered water. Bring to boil, then simmer with LID ON for 2 hours or slowcook low heat overnight. Strain. Cool. Scrape off fat. Use instead of water in all cooking.... Have a "Broffee"! Read ahead Insert the blade cover generally after the chopping and sautéing and before you add the meat for the "cooking " part of the recipe.
