25.01.2022 360 MINUTE CHALLENGE SA Base Camp is excited to announce that on the 1st AUGUST we will be hosting the 360 Minute (6 HOUR) Event! With special guests,... Scott from Fitness Habitat and Sal from Buddha Fit. And of course, Luke from SA Base Camp. All highly sought after coaches in the fitness industry! The challenge will involve: The first 3 hours at Base Camp where you will get to train with each of the boys in small groups for approx 50 min then back it up with 3 hours at a surprise location NOTE: Yes, you will get a short break after the first 3 hours More information will be coming THIS Sunday but please save the date if you are interested!! This event will be suitable for all fitness levels

Once I get my paperwork out of the way, I plan to get out into the garden and enjoy some of the sunshine I see peeking through the window!... I have had some great feedback in regards to me posting up session times for the week to come.......so here are the times I have for the week beginning 1st March: Tues 2 March @ 3.30pm Wed 3 March @ 7am Thursday 4 March @ 2pm Saturday 6 March @ 10am These times can be for Consultations (new clients) or past/current clients that have already had their Health Assessment done!

02.01.2022 To our loyal South Australian Derrimut Gym Members and Casuals, It is with great excitement to announce that with the easing of restrictions by the South Austra...lian Government, we will be re-opening! Our gym locations will do a FULL Re-open on , . Following the direction from South Australian Government at that time. Whilst numbers will not be capped, we have to adhere to a 1 person for every 4 Square Metres. As a priority to ensure we meet all requirements in order to make our gyms the safest environment to train in by November 22nd, we are implementing the following; will have the appropriate COVID-19 Infection Control training certification. Limitations to Group Fitness classes each group fitness class will be limited to 20 participants per class. Tickets will be available from our staff at reception. We will be implementing a first in, best dressed policy. Classes to be announced in the coming days. Water fountains will be decommissioned. If you require water, please bring your own bottle from home, or water will be available for purchase from our retail stores. Cashless Business. Front counter screens to limit contamination. , . You must train with a gym towel at all times (this will be heavily supervised for the safety of our members and casuals. Introduction of new Cleaning Stations with hand sanitisers. Derrimut 24:7 Gym CLEAN TEAM. Extra cleaners on site at all Gym locations cleaning equipment, topping up sanitary stations & ensuring distancing measures are being implemented. Regular cleaning enforced by patrons for high touch areas. Distancing measures enforced by maintaining safety distance requirements of 1.5m and further COVID-19 machine distancing will occur to ensure safety measures within our gyms are followed. Showers, change-rooms and sauna’s (where applicable), will not be operational until further notice. We look forward to welcoming you all back into our gyms throughout South Australia this coming .
