14.01.2022 Excited OR Nervous 2020 has been a rollercoaster and behind the scenes have been blood, sweat and tears throughout this whole COVID journey. Im sure a lot of you would agree. So much has been gained and so many positives have come out of this forced situation & personally it's been a time for growth.... After spending months of trying new and different things there is a massive sense of achievement to know exactly how I want my business to run, alongside whom and who my traget clients are. But on the flip side, there is just a touch nerves as we step back into again. Will it be the same as it was before & What if we shut down again. Guess its a matter of lets just roll with it. Im definately one to look on the bright side - so let's say the remainder of 2020 is going to be epic (is that what all the cool kids say)

10.01.2022 How cute is my lil Work Out buddy today who joined me in my PT session at @fitnfocusedpt Over ISO I have been getting a bit of what I give with @nikita_giel once or twice a week. I think I spent all my energy trying to help others stay motivated that I needed that push and someone to kick my arse. This place has is all going on!... The vibe when you walk in makes you want to smash it out, the girls are super friendly, inviting and OMG their energy levels are off this planet. Love your space, love what you do, you should be so proud of how you have made people feel during a tough time & thank you for being my ISO sanity (no thank yous for the sore body though)

09.01.2022 "Achieved what I thought I never could - 10km Rip To River from PT Lonsdale to OG" Bronte Kerger As a kid Bronte had watched her parents run this run and when she said it was a huge fitness goal for her to run it, we locked in a date, trained and this morning conquered. 07.01.2022 That good ol thang called age..... Over the past 12months or so I've been finding what's worked before isn't working now. The way which I used to train isn't getting me the results I want. So changing it up and adding some more weights, heavier than usual and challenging myself with different styles. ... Over time (as we get older) things change, being your metabolism, you may have injuries that are hanging around longer than usual and as some hit the middle ages symptoms of menopause can start to show. Never give up & keep on challenging your body in a way that is right for you now. Wether than be yoga, swimming, lifting weights or Hiit. Do It because it is good for the mind & body

Being greatful that even when the world turns upside down we are surrounded by an incredible supportive, adaptable community. Having to restructure business to run online overnight, whilst becoming teachers to 2 teenagers homeschooling was challenging BUT we did it and I'm so proud of us. ...
