22.01.2022 It's no secret 2020 has been quite stressful and pushed some of us to our limits. People have lost jobs, couples have rescheduled their wedding date multiple times, businesses have been closed down, partners have been forced apart and relationships have broken down because of COVID. The hard part is that it's still not over! ... I don't have a cure for the COVID virus but today I'm going to share with you my top 3 tips on dealing with stress # 1 - KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE I know, easier said than done but there are always going to be events that you can't control so keeping a positive attitude is very important for your mental health. Remember you attract what you feel so having a positive mindset is going to bring you positive things in life. # 2 - TALK TO SOMEONE Even if it's a friend, family member or a counsellor. Talking to someone can help release built up tension. Lifeline - 13 11 14 # 3 - EAT WELL The foods you eat have some kind of affect on your body. Junk foods can cause emotional damage and guilt. They can leave you feeling tired, cranky and/or hungry for more. And if these don't work then get a cat (Literally!) Cats lower your stress level and they don't require a great deal of effort. They can also lower the amount of anxiety and brighten up your life
