25.01.2022 The beautiful combination brow! A soft blend of feathering ( hairstrokes ) at the beginning of the eyebrows blended through with a medium shade of colour. Please note, the colour will fade by up to 50%.... The colour retention will also depend on various factors ; All products that contain Vitamin A , AHA’S , Peels, anti-ageing ingredients and anything designed to strip or lighten ones skin will effect how ones colour will retain in the skin. A 40 minute consultation is provided on the day of the treatment in which the entire treatment will be discussed in detail and home care. This is where we also measure and pre draw the eyebrows in order for each client to agree to before beginning the treatment. The treatment itself is extremely easy and fun. 24.01.2022 The Combination brow! What a beauty! A soft arch was created to work along the natural shape of my clients brows. Thicker , fuller and defined. The colour and depth of the brows will fade by up to 50 % during the first 7 days of healing , leaving a softer , more natural looking set of brows behind. ... 4 weeks post the initial treatment, a perfecting session is required to correct the shape of the brows , add colour and more detail. Depending on ones skin type , cosmetically enhanced brows will last anywhere from 6-24 months gradually fading out over this period . A 12 month booster is encouraged and required should you want to maintain the eyebrows. Please note: I am still currently on maternity leave however I am still available to respond to all enquires. 20.01.2022 Appointment Update : Just a very friendly reminder I can no longer fit any clients in for this year. I truely understand the frustration and disappointment most clients are feeling however there is one of me and I can only do so much. I do appreciate that everybody has been waiting months on end to be rebooked however I have been closed for 8 months so there are over 600 clients to attend to. First and for mostly , clients who’s appointments were cut short due to the loc...kdown were given first appointment priority . The end of the year was also mostly pre booked from the end of 2019 with yearly top ups in which these clients will not be moved. 19.01.2022 It’s so wonderful to be back A huge thank to all clients who have been extremely understanding with the constant re-bookings over the past 8months Below is one of this weeks fresh set of brows the combination brow. Soft and fluffy at the front which is created with the feather stroke method and blended through with soft powder shading. ... Please note: Each visit requires 7-10 days of downtime ( Healing). Below , my client should expect up to 40-60 percent colour drop and shape change over the next week as her skin is healing. 4-6 weeks post the initial session , my client will to revisit the salon for her second treatment to add more colour and perfect the brow shape. Yearly booster top up sessions are required to maintain the shape and overall beautiful appearance of the eyebrows. April 2021 booking are now open. 18.01.2022 We are back! From the 2nd of November! 8 months of closure with a few weeks of opening inbetween! Finally, we are able to reopen our doors! This is a celebration for all! I am so happy and proud of every single Victorian as it has been a very challenging time for us all on so many different levels! We did it though! We missed you Melbourne ! 16.01.2022 Beautifully healed eyebrows for my beautiful client! If you scroll down below you will see Ashlee’s eyebrows immediately after her first treatment. This photo below is after one treatment, post healing. The healing stages: ( roughly) Day : 1-4 dark bolder eyebrows. Day 5-7 : The eyebrows will begin to shrink and peel off the darkened colour leaving a lighter pigment colour beneath. The eyebrows will also be somewhat uneven due to the healing process.... Day 8-10: First session has been completed and the eyebrows have fully peeled leaving behind what has retained from the clients initial treatment. Week 4-5: The client revisits the salon for their perfecting session. The eyebrows are remeasured and shaped and colour is added to bring the eyebrows back to life! Yearly top up sessions are required to maintain ones eyebrows. There are now limited appointments for the months of November and December . 15.01.2022 Dearest clients , as you all may be aware after today’s announcement Metropolitan Victoria will be opening up a lot slower then expected. Unfortunately, our sector ( which falls under beauty and personal care services) will not be able to reopen our doors until the 23rd of November 2020. This however will only be the case should new active case numbers decrease to zero for a period of 14 days straight . This is extremely heartbreaking for all small business owners in our in...dustry. At this point I will remain hopeful that we will be able to reopen our doors at the end of November. The plan is to remain open all through the Christmas break and the January holidays to ensure I can accomodate to every single client who has patiently waited for their appointment. Initially , clients who’s treatments were cut short and left uncompleted will be attended to first followed by canceled appointments due to pandemic and then ofcours all clients on our waiting list. I have also made the decision to open up extra days and extend the hours of business during this period to ultimately ensure the wait time to be seen is not a lengthy one. Furthermore, it is extremely important that I express the gratitude I sincerely hold towards each and everyone one of you who have supported my business during this unpredictable and very challenging time. Useful tip: An Oiler skin type and the use of homecare skin products which contain anti-aging ingredients along with fruit acids/ retinol, ( vitamine A) rosehip oil , glycolic/Salicylic/ lactic acids will slowly strip the pigment over a course of a few months . This is due to the colour loss that occurs within the initial week of healing. We advise all clients to expect up to 30-50 % colour fade within the first 5-7 days. Leaving a softer set of brows. ... 4-6 weeks post ones initial session, a refresher top up is required to correct the shape and colour loss from the initial treatment. Once completed , we advise all clients to maintain their beautiful brows on a yearly basis . 01.01.2022 Already missing creating spectacular brows! Check out these beautiful combination brows on my my beautiful client. A huge difference in shape and density. Cosmetic tattooing works and holds very differently on each skin type. The combination brow tends to be suited for skins that are slightly on the Oiler side. Most woman do ask me ; How long are the brows meant to hold for? Well , to answer this simply, this really depends on various factors. ... 1/ How well the aftercare was followed through this also includes the pre care of the are area two weeks prior to your treatment. 2/ Ones skin type. 3/ Your ongoing home care after the treatment and avoiding certain skin products over the brows which will dull and strip colour. Example , Vit A serums, Retinol, any exfoliants , glycolic acid , most anti ageing lines. 4/ External factors: Medications , Sun exposure during the hotter months , Chlorine ect. Roughly the brows should last 12 months before needing a refresher. This is why it is very important to rebook your yearly refresher a few months before you are due for the treatment to secure your spot and avoid any disappointment. Soft feathering created at the beginning of the brows blended in with soft shading which creates a fuller denser shape and what I like to call Boss brows! Please note : All brows will fade by up to 50 % leaving behind a softer appearance within 7-10 days.
