07.01.2022 Spring has sprung The weather is warming up and soon (if not already) we’ll be exposing a bit more skin. Hallelujah!!! Have you neglected your body while it’s been all covered up over winter? Time for some self care! Start with a body exfoliation either using a mitt or you could make your own potion using liquified organic coconut oil and raw sugar. In the shower massage onto damp skin, paying particular attention to knees, elbows and ankles/heels. Rinse off making sur...e the water isn’t too hot. Pat your skin dry, leaving on some of the delicious oily residue. Then massage your full body with a hydrating moisturiser to lock it all in. I’m loving Junipers Calming Jojoba Moisturiser. It can be used on the face and body and is suitable for the entire family (even babies). I use it on myself, my daughters and dad can even use it as a shaving cream!
