07.01.2022 For those of you who arent aware, two of our beautiful girls are expecting little bundles in the not so distant future Both Ebony and Rose will be starting their maternity leave at the end of August and between now and then their appointments are becoming quite limited. They are doing their best to fit in as many clients as they can before they put their feet up for a well earned rest! 06.01.2022 Silly season is coming! As December is only a few days away we must let you know our hairdresser is fully booked until next year for colour appointments! (There are two cut appointments left in early dec, call to snap one up)... And our beauty girls have very limited space available as well. But don’t worry! If you need an appointment give us a call or send us a message and we will pop you on the cancellation list. If you already have an appointment in December and wish to change it or cancel it, please give us at least 24 hours notice or the cancellation policy will apply. 03.01.2022 SALON TRADING UPDATE As per our last update, the salon will reopen on the 9th June for hair services. Beauty services will be still be available from Tuesday 16th June -despite the govt announcing the earlier easing of restrictions.... Due to the salon having been closed for such an extended period of time it is impractical for staff to call each and every single client who had bookings cancelled during this entire closed period. If you would like an appointment and you have not been already contacted please call the salon from 9am Tuesday the 9th June onwards. Or message us on the EmilyRose Facebook page. We will do our best to book everyone in who contacts us from next week onwards Covid safe requirements- 1. Only the person who has the actual appointment will be allowed in the salon. Please refrain from bringing friends, family & children to your appointment. 2. Please DO NOT attend the salon if you are at all unwell. This includes a general cold or flu. 3. 02.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE At this stage the salon will be remaining OPEN. We will continue working for as long as we are advised safe to do so by the government! Unfortunately in our line of work it is impossible to adhere to safe distancing guidelines, so we must reiterate how important it is that clients PLEASE reschedule their appointments if they have absolutely ANY signs of illness what so ever. Please also reschedule if you have returned from interstate recently, or have been i...n close contact with someone that has. We have vulnerable staff, with vulnerable family members and we dont feel comfortable taking any unnecessary risks to their health and safety. In saying that, we of course are doing our bit to ensure a safe and hygienic salon environment for our clients. All magazines have been removed, so please bring in your own books, kindles, iPads etc if you wish. We are all trained within our qualifications to maintain hygiene so you can be assured the salon is a sterile environment. We will be limiting numbers in the salon aswell as an extra precaution to limit the risk to staff and clients, so we do ask that only the client receiving the service comes for their appointment. Please refrain from bringing children, friends and unnecessary visitors to the salon. We really hope that implementing these measures mean that we can stay open, and keep looking after our wonderful clientele. But this will only be possible if our clients also do the right thing
