02.01.2022 Hard-earned Leadership Lesson... I am not here to F*** around. I can't be. Everywhere and everytime in my life where I have not been in "make hay while the sun shines" it has been PAIN.... I jump onto FB/IG here when I have things to share, and the energy to do so! Covid has been an emotionally, mentally and professionally very involved time for me. I have spent immeasurable energy, time, support, understanding and accelerated learning to meet the SERIOUSLY dynamic needs of my clients. I've been stretched with covering a massive spectrum of my clients' and projects' experiences as a consultant. Businesses pivoting, businesses consolidating, virtualising, relocating and wonderfully - thriving!!! So coming back to make hay while the sun shines... Life is seasonal and only when learning from those seasons we can "synthetically" engineer and replicate nature's cycles of growth and yield - in ourselves, our relationships and businesses. My life has there are specific times for my "winter" - rest, reflection and deep pausing. Times of mega growth (self, relationship and business) have to be planned and then when the Spring and Summer signals show up I have to RESPOND and go for it with my plans. This is one of those times for me. Growth, action, big decisions and excitement. Let me hear about what Covid is doing to your industry and unique business... What are you dealing with?
