25.01.2022 Hi guys! As you may know a date has been released for gyms in NSW to re-open. As of Saturday 13th June gyms are allowed to operate meaning sessions will start back up on Monday 15th June. There will be restricts and precautions to help keep the gym a COVID-19 safe space for all. ... One on one sessions and group classes with limited numbers will be available. All my one on one clients I will be contacting you to organise your session. Any new clients wanting sessions please DM me! Thanks, Em Xx

17.01.2022 Hey just letting you guys know classes will be back next week starting Monday 22nd! Timetable is: TUESDAY... Seniors 10:00am - 10:45am HIIT 5:15pm - 5:45pm THURSDAY Seniors 10:00am - 10:45am Legs, bums & tums 5:15pm - 5:45pm Please let me know if you will be wanting to attend any of these classes as numbers are 6 maximum so you will have to reserve your spot. If you see anyone who comes to the classes please let them know! Thanks BODY SCULPT classes will not be back as of yet due to high numbers. The maximum allowed numbers in the class is 6 people so when this is lifted these classes will resume.

01.01.2022 Hey guys, So I’m sure you have all been watching the news and are aware of the non-essentials shutting down and as a result the gym is closing as of midday tomorrow. All sessions currently scheduled will be cancelled until everything is back to normal. I will get in contact with you when the gym is l open to book your sessions. If you have already pre-paid, you will have a credit for when sessions start back up. ... Also would anyone be interested in doing some outdoor sessions? I will bring equipment and cleaning products so we can still get your workouts in. The time slots/days will be limited so please let me know if you’d be interested. Thanks, Emily
