20.01.2022 Another job out the door! A massive 12m(L) x 3.5m(W) x 4m(H) batch oven designed, manufactured and installed by Emjay Process Systems This oven, along with two booths and various other components, were loaded onto trucks at our workshop in Penrith and freighted to our customer in the Newcastle region where it was then installed by our highly skilled team.

07.01.2022 We're celebrating! 2020 marks Emay's 35th year in operation A short history of Emjay: The Emjay name was first founded in 1985 by Mike King and John Heald when they started their own Powder Coating facility in Wetherill Park under the name Emjay Powder Coating.... Their broad experience in Engineering and Manufacturing enabled Mike and John to build their equipment under their own design spec. In March of 1986, the coating facility was sols allowing Mike and John to take the Emjay name in a new direction. Emjay Process Systems was established and began producing some of Australia’s finest processing and coating equipment, sold initially nationally and subsequently in Asia. Throughout the following years as a family owned Company and team Emjay has continued to change and adapt to ever changing manufacturing industry environments and have maintained a proud reputation as a fully Australian owned and nationally operated source of custom designed and manufactured Process Systems.
