15.01.2022 Once apron a time there was an artist who loved to cook food but there was a problem for her. It was the Cutlery. Usually Spoon was the culprit but it didn’t take much to encourage the others. I’d swear it was some sort of magic that happen whenever the Artist popped a yummy inspired tasty dish into one of her hand made dishes. This morning it happened again! ... The Artist though ...what a great way to enjoy this marvellous morning by mixing it up with a savoury rice breakfast. ! Before you could agree with her she was already pulling out the ingredients and popping some oil into her trusty little frypan, given to her by Mum back in the 80’s. A combo of Fresh scrabbled egg from the neighbours chooks, 3 large garlic cloves thickly sliced and popped in after the eggs where removed, Boiled brown rice from the other day, Sprinkle of Himalayas salt, Sprinkle of vegeta, Dash of g/f soya sauce, 1 chopped baby pak choy The little cottage perched precariously on the side of a hill with inspiring views of an ocean inlet and the sun rays kissing the cottage each morning, ..... Well....this cottage filled with the spicy smells of gently browned garlic, fresh eggs and tasty fried rice, which sent a stir through the cutlery draw. And as you’ll see from the pics included in this post the Spoon did it again. !!!
