09.01.2022 This New Moon energy is real! Technically we are still in the dark moon phase so you may feel quite inward, need space for all the feels to come up. This is all part of the cycle. From mid week the energy changes to be generally fresh, new & motivating. Our event is online LIVE tomorrow night 12th January from 630-8PM OR you can register before then to do the practices in your own time via a REPLAY. It would be amazing to set the time aside during this week when the new moon is most potent for new beginnings. But truly you can find inspiration at a time that suits you. The flexibility of having use recorded option is something that I hope you find useful. I often get comments about really wanting to join in a circle but not being able to attend at a set time.

06.01.2022 We all have something unique to offer. What is your unique way in the world? I've always been into English & language, writing, reading, imagining. So it's not surprising that I've always used diaries & journals & notepads. In fact, I recently went through a big cull of so much old paperwork. Whoah, that was a feeling of relief to declutter. When I hold my women's circles I always try to offer a variety of practices to allow everyone to get what they need. However, my passi...on, what I enjoy sharing the most is the aspects of journalling & intention setting. Years ago I went to a workshop doing yin yoga & journalling with two lovely ladies running in collaboration @marjajacobsenyoga @jordannalevin Definitely check them out. Marja for yin yoga, Reiki & retreats. Jordanna for insights into the moon cycles, manifestation & her writing. Anyway, back to the workshop years ago. During this workshop I noticed I started writing about having kids. Where did this come from?! I'd never even been sure I would be a Mum. It seemed so far off in the distance that I'd have a family. I liked the idea of older kids & have taught in primary school, worked with teens & kids in the out of home care system, so I could only really picture these ages. But the being pregnant, giving birth & babies aspect was beyond my understanding or what I could imagine. Little did I know someone was already waiting around for me to make the intention clear. During the yin yoga poses in this workshop, I began to see clear images of me giving birth. All that hip opening maybe? When I wrote in my journal after the embodied practice, it was clear I would be a Mum in the future. I'd seen it, felt it & then declared it on paper. To me, there is something so powerful about putting pen to paper. Inscribing these declarations out to the universe. During my own workshop/circle tonight (& replay if you can't join live) I'll be going through journal prompts & an overview of the practice too. That way you get to learn this magic for yourself!
