If your not happy, consistently not meeting your goals you set for yourself and feeling thos stress levels going up, emotions build up and motivation slowly dissapearing!! ... You keeps asking yourself "where should I start" and that all depends on you- it doesn't matter where I started or the person standing next to you started! you are you, you are unique. 16.01.2022 I hope you all remember all summer long a bikini body is any body with a bikini on it! ok yes summer is still a little while away As the summer starts and we all begin adventuring outside, its hard not to beat ourselves up for what we did or didnt do during quarantine and what iv been hearing and people joking about this "quarantine 15" like that "teenage 15" we all gained in high school it can be daunting to step back on to the scales. but no matter what it says, you ne...ed know that its just a number a number that doesn't define your worth, your kindness, your heart, or your hard work you're doing towards a healthier lifestyle. Sometimes it just won't budge. does it mean your doing something wrong? Nope! my biggest tip is to let the scale go, and let your body tell you weather you're making progress or not. when you stop and truly look internally. 11.01.2022 Everyone has their own life and with that their our own journey! We all have different needs and wants, have our own choices and goals that will take us to where we want to be The picture on the left was the deciding moment I took my life out of auto pilot and start picking up some speedfor whatever reason, that was the picture that jolted me, knocked to my knees when I saw it posted. That's the picture I remember staring at, asking myself who is that staring back at m...e. I am so greatful for this photo being taken because it helped me find my strength as cheesy as that sounds, I truly couldn't be the person I am today without the girl on the left! Since that picture has been taken, life has had it's stuggles and with that weight fluctuations up and down. but that is LIFE! It's not about being perfect, it's about effort and when you bring that effort every single day. That's where transformation happens, that's how change occurs and how your lifestyle changes. and I am so greatful for where I am now
