22.01.2022 Tapping Tips Day 2. Tap your fingers. Did you know there are important meridians that start and finish on your fingers. These are Lung, Heart, Triple Warmer, Pericardium, Large Intestine, Small intestine. If you neglect these points you are losing an important opportunity to create the shifts you want. ... After the under arm point tap each finger and thumb together. Easy!

21.01.2022 Love the way this information is presented for kids. I’m teaching this stuff to adults all the time.

20.01.2022 Tapping Tips Day 4. Breathe! It might seem obvious but finishing your round of tapping with a nice big breath out will help remind your body to let go of your issues. You can even go as far as breathing in coloured light to brighten your energy and imagining that light pushing down into the earth to give some grounding and a sense of safety and well being. Delightful!

18.01.2022 The documentary HEAL is now available on Netflix!! The latest science reveals that we are not victims of unchangeable genes, nor should we buy into a scary p...rognosis. The fact is we have more control over our health and life than we have been taught to believe. This film will empower you with a new understanding of the miraculous nature of the human body and the extraordinary healer within us all. HEAL not only taps into the brilliant mind's of leading scientists and spiritual teachers, but follows three people on actual high stakes healing journeys. Healing can be extremely complex and deeply personal, but it can also happen spontaneously in a moment. Through these inspiring and emotional stories we find out what works, what doesn't, and why. Featuring Dr. Deepak Chopra, Anita Moorjani, Marianne Williamson, Dr. Michael Beckwith, Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Anthony William ' Medical Medium', Dr. Bernie Siegel, Gregg Braden, Dr. Joan Borysenko, Dr. David Hamilton, Dr. Kelly Brogan, Rob Wergin, Dr. Kelly Turner, Peter Chrone, Dr Darren Weissman, and Dr Jeffrey Thompson

18.01.2022 This information is great for adults too

16.01.2022 What I find most interesting about this TED Talk is that it describes how the beliefs people have around their experience of stress changes their biology. When people think their stress is something to learn from they release different hormones than if they believe that stress is harmful. The former group of people release hormones which go on to help promote growth and change. Changing your mind and tackling core unhelpful beliefs is the first step to finding health and wellness!

14.01.2022 You may or may not know that the Tapping World Summit is on at the moment! This is a wonderful introduction to tapping but sometimes people can feel unsatisfied when they don’t experience the results everyone talks about. Over the next seven days I’ll be adding my biggest tips so you can get the most out of your tapping. ... If you’re not sure of the tapping points I’ve already uploaded a few different videos to show you. Day 1. Rate your progress. Using a score out of ten will give you instant feedback on how you’re tapping is going. Before you start think about the intensity of your feeling. Score it 10 for most intense and 1 for least. For example, I’m really angry might become I’m 8/10 angry right now. Tap a couple of rounds and re-check. Weirdly I’ve found this actually make tapping more efficient as you really notice the shifts as they happen. Enjoy!

10.01.2022 Tapping Tip. Day 3. To be terrific be specific! When you use a general tapping script you divert away from the issues and blocks that are central to you! It’s a huge time waster and leaves you at risk of not clearing properly as the instructor has moved onto another issue. While these scripts can give you new ideas of things to tap on but it pulls you away from the most important aspects of self knowledge and empowerment. ... If you really want your tapping to work stick to clearing your own specific patterns, feelings and core beliefs.

05.01.2022 Tapping Tip 5. Always ask Why? This is probably one of the most important things you can do when you tap. We all have automatic emotional reactions which crop up over and over and undermine our peace of mind. We might be able to identify that we feel angry or sad but to really make change we need to ask what’s going on underneath and tap on that. ... Think about this. Perhaps I feel irritated. I could tap on that or I could ask why? It’s easy to identify that I’m irritated because the kids haven’t done their jobs, again! But why am I irritated by this? In other words, what is my unmet need? I’m irritated because I don’t feel heard plus I’m irritated because I’m tired. So is that what I should tap on? What does all of that mean for me? On reflection I can identify that I don’t feel respected or supported. This feels like the core issue so I’m going to tap on that. Identifying the core issue and tapping on that will provide a huge opportunity to clear energy at much more fundamental level and allow you to regain lasting peace.

03.01.2022 Happy Chinese New Year!

02.01.2022 EFT is great for cravings of all sorts. Here’s the research!

02.01.2022 Keeping a tapping journal is so useful. It’ll provide a record of what you’ve cleared and help you identify things you might want to work on again. It doesn’t need to be long and involved, just jot down any insights or wins for later reflection. Easy!

01.01.2022 Using imagery is so helpful. I probably use some sort of visualisation during every session. Here are some of my favourites. Use Images of birds, balloons or butterflies to carry away your issue. Give your problem to a higher being, spirit or angel. ... Imagine a melting ice cube or iceberg to see the issue getting smaller. Turn the colour to black and white for an intrusive memory/image. Anything that works for you is right!
