24.01.2022 When you spend 5 years trying to get he best photo of your style and nothing does it justice until you see it in its real raw form. Bobbi is a no fuss kinda girl... She spends all her days behind the chair in the own salon @bobbijaynehair, so I’m very honoured that she chooses my chair to spend her spare time in. We both love hair that looks like hair, real people and real conversations. The messy bun and the scrunchy is what were all about, being busy boss ladies and all! I love this girl to the moon and back I’m that f***ing proud of her and where she’s taken her life! Double tap to show the love xx

08.01.2022 Ive never really thought of myself as a highly ‘intelligent’ person. However the older I have gotten, the more I realise that being intelligent doesn’t necessarily mean you should be able to memorise the periodic table (even if its blu tacked to the back of a toilet door and decorated with a felt moustache) or name all the Prime Ministers we had in the amount of time there should have only been one. To me, intelligence is being able to survive, adapt, PIVOT PIVOT PIVOT. So ...here I am, way out of my comfort zone, trying to show my creativity outside of the results I get in the chair. I find it so hard to show my work justice on social media, with the lighting, the tones, the outfit or amount of make up my client happens to be wearing at the time of the appointment. BUT... life isn’t perfect and neither is my instagram page. You know what is though? My work. I’m bloody good at what I do, and the only way to see it in real life is to sit on my chair! . . . . So here’s to half decent photos of un-real hair!!!

06.01.2022 Just a quick update on my decision to stay home while the COVID-19 virus is active in our community. I’ll be taking every step possible to stop the spread of the virus by working from home. In that time I’ll be working on developing my skills as a hairdresser, a business development manager and a business owner! I’ve got this... you do too! ... Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do!

03.01.2022 THIS IS SO IMPORTANT Same colour. Same day. Different lighting. I cannot stress enough how much lighting changes your tone. Your colour can look different depending on what time of day, where you are, if it’s been blown out, curly, straight, freshly washed... the list goes on and on. I love this colour when I’m outside, when I’m inside it looks totally different but I have had SOOOO many compliments on it while I’ve been in the salon this week (thank you @perfectionbysueanneglare in Corowa) Trust your stylist, trust they know their product, your hair will love you.

02.01.2022 BRB IM WORKING ON PERFECTION . . I hair you’ve been wondering (see what I did there) What’s going on with my grid!?? Whair (I did it again ) is it?? ... . . Well... there’s that thing about when your working IN your business, you’re not working ON your business! Boy oh boy have I been working IN my business lately! . . But... I’m taking some time and reducing my hands on hours over the next 2 months or so, so I can be BETTER not BIGGER (bigger isn’t always better ) . . I’ve got some really exciting things lined up and I cannot wait to share them all on here with you! . .
