23.01.2022 Feels so good to be getting back in to studios. Now that I have a little yogini in toe, there’s only so many studios that have Mums + Bubs classes. Today I visited @the.body.method and we had such a beautiful time. . I also love the baby massage and pre/post-natal yoga class with @doreena_peace_yoga @peacemojohouse on Wednesdays . And to my delight @ritual_yoga_pilates is opening a crèche for 3 classes per week, starting next week we’re already booked in.... . I’d love to hear your fave Mum’s n Bubs yoga studios tag em! Share the love mummas. . I know I can always do a home practice, but sometimes these classes are the only other face to face connection I have for the day outside family. Sometimes the week. This is my church, and I love it. No pressure, turn up as you are. Feed. Change a nappy. Sit in child’s pose the whole class if that’s what you need. Just making it is enough.
