10.01.2022 We’ve been a bit busy the last couple weeks... Having a break from our Barossa Farmers Market stall sure didn’t leave us with nothing to do. We were incredibly honored to join forces with these two beautiful people & their insanely talented family to bring to life a vision in what made for a beautiful weekend of love, food, family & of corse flowers!! 02.01.2022 We love a good change of season here at Emma & Tom. And that’s exactly what it is for us at the moment. As the flowers fade, we find our focus moves onto our jewelry side of things. If you’ve joined us over the last few months as we’ve picked, foraged & bunched our flowers you may not know much about our ‘other’ projects. As Christmas rolls in, we approach our busiest time for our jewelry. We design, hand cut & make our jewelry from our French oak wine barrels. Once they’ve ...lived out their days in our winery, they make their way into the studio to live a new life. Each piece is unique and often one of a kind. We apply fabric to embellish & finish them with organic bees wax. We have just restocked our awesome local stockiest Alabaster Barossa, and our newest stockiest Kohl & Soda. Be sure jump on in & check them out! And watch this space for where we might be popping up in the lead up to Christmas, we’re so excited to be getting out & about! We are now able to offer... lunch for 10 guests inside & 10 outside. We thank everyone for their patience while we find out feet again! Tomorrow (Saturday) we have availability for another 4 lunch guests from 12.30pm and Sunday 6 lunch guests. Bookings required please. Matteo has prepared another delicious line up for the bar: Bomboloni chocolate custard $6.50 Choux Royale $5.50 Cannoli alla crema $5.50 Torta Caprese (gf) $5.50 Pesche Dolci di Romagna $5.50 Focaccia w mortadella & bitter greens &10 Nougat $10 Sourdough ciabatta $6 Sourdough loaves $7 CASA @ Home Guancialino con Polenta / Slow cooked beef cheek w @fourleafmilling soft organic polenta & home grown & Cavolo Nero $20 (generous serve for 1 or entree size for 2) Risotto / fresh Adelaide Hills & @savinitartufi dried Italian porcini mushroom risotto using @risoacquerello & parsley oil $16 Lasagne / spinach fresh pasta lasagne w ragù alla Bolognese $30 (serves 2) Dolce TIRAMISU $12 The beef cheek requires reheating, the risotto will be half cooked and will require cooking (instructions will he sent) and the lasagne is frozen and needs to be cooked.
