12.01.2022 SQUAT FIX || Eleni couldnt seem to get below parallel in her squats and was experiencing some lower back tightness.. Our quick fix today was to put plates under her heels which instantly changed the angle of her shins, thighs and torso = no more back issues! Over time were working on mobilizing and stretching ankles/calves so she doesnt need those plates, as well as strengthening glutes and abs to really own that deep squat position. If you want to get more out of your training, drop me a message and Ill see how I can help!

Thanks to Ben for hosting & coordinating the making of turkey meatballs in homemade pasta sauce with zucchini noodles, chia protein puddings and some extra tomato pasta sauce. Many hands make light work and it was just plain fun hanging out together and building our community over a lovely meal! Lets do it again soon!

05.01.2022 Lots of news here! Let me catch you up.. (tl;dr - follow Sheer Transformations, + I have room for new clients!) Firstly, I left my job of 5 years earlier this year. It wasnt the right fit for either party anymore. The grand plan was to open my own studio and cultivate a community of empowerment.. Instead I found an existing community that was everything I wanted to create; Maggie and the ST crew graciously let me slot into place there. ... Youll be seeing more and more on the Sheer T page so head over and give them a like! If youve ever supported what I do/what I stand for - that will be the place to keep up with it! Youll be seeing more of my personal life on here: I had tried to separate the two a little but my work is really an extension of who I am so who knows what itll end up looking like . I also got married on the weekend, so youll definitely see more wedding photos - hang around if thats your jam Finally, Ive got space in my schedule for a few new clients!
