19.01.2022 One of my wonderful friends nephews is participating in Mullets For Mental Health. 1 in 5 of us will experience symptoms of mental illness in any given year. In Australia that’s around 5 million people. And roughly 60% of these people won’t seek help. For the month of September he will be growing a mullet to raise awareness & funds for the Black Dog Institute. Let’s all get around supporting this AMAZING cause & help raise some money for something that’s so important & prominent in this day & age. Emma x
