08.01.2022 So many growth opportunities this year & my word for 2020 was VALUE. As we say goodbye, lest we forget those in have lost loved ones & cherish those close to us. As for my 2021 word, thanks to an inspirational Scottish Buddhist monk AKA Caroline McHugh, it is GRAVITY. Bring it on baby!!!! See you on the other side.

02.01.2022 During the month of December, I take some time out to reflect on my 2020 goals. It would be fair to say that out of the 5 personal & 5 professional (10 in total each year), I achieved only 2 of my goals. On the surface, this felt a little disappointing. Then I went to my dorky spreadsheet to review what actually happened in 2020 and discovered that; I launched 33 ACE Online Courses for players, parents and coaches With Kalindi Dinoffer, we hosted our very first Virtual Tennis... Symposium - The player, coach and parent triad raising $ for charities With Michele Krause, we created the EM & M SHOW X 74 episodes (over 5, 000 views) Webinars X 36 Podcasts X 8 Mentoring X 6 Clients On-court Coaching Clients X 10 And I realised that I can now build an entire coach education platform (as I did for a large Tennis Academy) using Kajabi. Back in Feb of 2020, I didn't even know what a landing page was and now I find myself enjoying all sorts of newfound skills like video editing. Also, I have realised that when you put yourself out there online it is scary and fun (the 70% is good enough principle). While none of these accomplishments were in my goals it helped me to find some perspective. Just like the photo from this road trip, who knows where 2021 will lead us and, no doubt like many of you reading this post, BRING IT ON! See more
