Motifs, patterns and butterflies cluster together in a pattern collision of calmness and beauty that Emma is well-known for. BANANA PALM WITH BUTTERFLIES Art Nouveau inspired, this contemporary artwork features famed Banana Palm design, created by Dorothy Draper in 1937. Brazilliance was created initially for the Arrowhead Springs Hotel in California, re-designed in 1942 for the Beverly Hills Hotel and continues to inspire artworks and decor to this current day. Exotic Mandala collection was created in 2010. My muse was painted over 14 hours to match my pre-painted canvas hanging behind her. These are treasures found in Moorish Castles, plazas, shop-fronts and humble lodgings, transformed onto the skin of her models in a clash of colour and pattern. Pushing her technique further, these artworks took up to 12 hours to create on the human form, the mixture of fine detail and the straight tiles within them, prove this collection, truly masterful.
