WARM UP: ... 3 x rounds: - 10 x band pull apart - 10 x DB bicep curl & press - 10 x reverse flys - 10 x DB tricep extension SESSION 5 x 10 incline alternate DB press + 5 double DB press THEN 5 x 5 jumping eccentric ring pull ups THEN 10,8,6,4,2 push up ladder
