25.01.2022 Monday was a blur...had smoothie but no salad, threw frisbee but didn't walk much. Today was so much better...smoothies, salads and walking! Fell off the wagon yesterday but back on again the next day. That's the power of creating small habits to change your life for the better. Yes, Life throws things at you, but the next day you pick up where you left off and continue practicing that small and sinple habit every day. Just remember the "don't go 2 days in a row without doing it" rule and you will succeed. Only 7 days left!!! (The pea sprouts and radish microgreens in my salad are home grown and taste so fresh, sweet and juicy)



14.01.2022 Smoothie, salad roll with ham and cheese, and 2 hr walk (45 minutes more than necessary) completed. Lots of swans around. Ngere

07.01.2022 UPDATES..... Friday: completed all challenges Ssturday: missed out on walk but everything else done Sunday: due to iit being Fast Sunday and having people over for dinner i didn't complete the smoothie and salad challenge. I did the walking challenge though.... Congratulations to those who have come this far. We are now only 9 days away from finishing the 30 Day Challenge. ...yay!!!!! This last week will look very similar to last week. Let's all give week 4 our best effort yet and the results will surprise you :) 1. Walk for 1 hr and 15 minutes 2. Continue to have your 2 green smoothies or green juices 3. Make a double sized batch of salad. This time you have half as normal for your lunch and the other half you will eat with your dinner. Make sure you eat your salad BEFORE you have your dinner. It will fill you up with healthy food and provide you with enzymes to help you digest your food better. It will also give you lots of fibre and water to help your food move through your intestines easily (no constipation). 4. Again, post pictures and a comment Well done to you all for following, and especially for those who are participating. We are on a 9 day countdown now. 07.01.2022 Completed challenge today. Had salad in a roll for lunch from Subway (just salad and bread roll - no cheese no meat), also had a HUGE double smoothie this morning and went for a 2 hour walk along South Perth- bridge to bridge and back. Nice views of the city. Emma
