24.01.2022 Critical viewing @brazenhussiesfilm now streaming on iView. This profoundly inspiring and frankly overdue film by brilliant @cestnormals shocked me with the depth of my own ignorance. It is so vital to understand how far we’ve come, to stir us from our moments of complacency and weariness, and to highlight those difficult conversations that still need to be had, again and again, until things shift.

15.01.2022 Our new museum has so many vitally important stories to share. Go... sit and listen... learn the history. So profoundly thankful that we and our children have access to this knowledge. As painful as it may be, we have every opportunity to learn how to do better / be better, and walk together in solidarity, and with respect for our precious home.... #alwayswasalwayswillbe #invasionday #changethedate
13.01.2022 Wow! So impressed & inspired by my first visit to @perthupmarket, and all the makers and designers rocking their wares out there Thanks for the chats @mamyhews @peneturnercreative @sarahzelchescoe & ... @smoothceramics And cheers for the handy new tool @turnerandturner
11.01.2022 Signing off, with gratitude Thanks to each of you for joining me on this bumpy ride over the past few months... playing with glass again is one amazing treat, but figuring out the whys and hows and whens (oh my gosh, when?) of it all? Phew! Still trying to find my groove in this public space. I’ll take this moment to step back fully into family mode, with hopes to gather a few moments here and there to reflect on 2020 on the micro and macro ends of the scale.... Here’s to a 2021 of making space... for honouring meaningful work, for opening up and listening, and for making small mindful changes. Wishing you a collection of moments of connection, calm and stillness in the coming weeks, whatever they may look like for you.
06.01.2022 So thankful that Mundaring Arts Centre has taken my wares on board It’s such a thrill to be stocked alongside the sparkling talent of fellow WA makers, curated with care and passion, and arranged by the artful eyes of @kristy.scaddan & co! A very special retail space. If you missed tonight’s late night shopping spree, remember you can find their glorious creative handmade things online too at https://macmjac.com.au/
01.01.2022 What a huge week! Another splash of good news to share with you... It warms the cockles of my heart to have taken a selection of works out to Taylor’s in the Valley One of our family favourites, this homestead turned cafe / art studios / store (and so much more!) has been a big part of our lives since my coffee making days of yore.... Do yourself a favour, and take the kids/folks/furbabies out for brunch under the gums. They claim their coffee is kick-@$$, and I can testify! @cloudsdistef & @matt.notte @taylorscafe
