20.01.2022 After a healthier options for snacks? If you're a chocolate lover you cna make this one for yourself, or even for your kids - they will love it! Healthier chocolate crackles! Ingredients:... 2 cups natural puffed rice 1/4 cup coconut sugar 1/2 cup shredded coconut 1/4 cup raw cacao powder 1/2 cup melted coconut oil Method: 1. Combine puffed rice, sugar, coconut and cacao powder in a bowl. Add coconut oil. Mix until combined. 2. Line 24 mini muffin pans with paper cases. Spoon mixture into prepared cases, stirring mixture occasionally to prevent settling in bowl. Place in fridge for 30 minutes to set. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

All body types require different training methods and approaches. It is important to take this into consideration when training.

10.01.2022 Peanut & Banana Rolls! Ingredients: 1/4 cup of peanut butter 2 whole wheat tortillas... 2 tablespoons of honey 1/4 cup low fat granola 2 bananas Method: 1. Spread peanut butter evenly over each tortilla. Drizzle honey on top of peanut butter; sprinkle with granola. 2. Place a banana in center of each tortilla. Fold in opposite sides; roll up burrito-style. Cut in half to serve

Blend pineapple, banana, kiwifruit, yoghurt and ice cubes until smooth. Divide mixture between glasses. Serve.
