25.01.2022 Well - what a year. A year of twists and turns no one ever saw coming! 2020 will go down in history for many reasons - but more than anything it has taught us lessons. To appreciate the little things - classes together, mateship, working up a sweat and swinging clubs without fear of hitting the ceiling! To be resilient - even if at times that’s hard. To keep positive when sometimes all you sense is negativity. And to stand strong in the face of adversity. Everybody copes wi...th things in different ways - but now, more than ever, we need to stand strong with our Calisthenics Community. Check in with your team mates, your families and your coaches. Be kind and gracious. And know that not everyone will always be okay - and that’s okay. Because in 2021 we will all look back and remember the support, the love, the companionship and the resilience we learnt, and will come out the other side stronger and more united than ever.

19.01.2022 Comp day with a twist! Last night, the Champ Reserve Senior section came together for an awesome night celebrating calisthenics. The night was filled with challenges... featuring a leg mount competition, handstand competition, and of course trivia. ... And our multi talented seniors for just pulling through with the win, as well as Cranbourne Calisthenics Club in very close second. 18.01.2022 During cali lockdown 2.0, our amazing Subbies received a special package in the mail from the Subbies’ Coaches and channeled their inner artist to create this! The subbies have been super motivated and dedicated throughout the year on zoom. They have improved their skills and adapted to a new reality of classes. This brilliant team are committed each and every week, and have continued to grow their friendships and love for calisthenics!

This has been a long term vision and we can't wait to create a purpose-built space with two full-sized studio spaces, prop and costume storage and a parents hub to call our own. 10.01.2022 WOW! How lucky we were last night to have had a fabulous cooking lesson with none other than two-time Masterchef contestant Jess Liemantara! Jess’ contagious positivity undoubtedly started off our week buzzing with happiness. An absolute highlight was her faster than light hand whisking talent, left us all gobsmacked. She had 15+ years with Emmanuel and won both the Nellie Eaton and Gabriel awards. Ros has always had a passion for developing strength and maintaining a healthy lifestyle - which she shared with us last night! Whilst the Club has been saving for over a decade to make this dream a reality, our savings will only get us so far. Therefore we are thrilled to launch the Emmanuel Studios Buy a Brick fundraising campaign. ... This gorgeous team enjoyed an amazing Pilates session with CPC Health, choreographed their own dances to teach their coaches, played some fun games and finished up with some team Trivia!
