12.01.2022 I hadn’t posted here for a while because we were on holiday. I had planned to allow myself to work for a couple of hours a day while my son was having a nap. As you know things don’t always go to plan.... Both places we stayed at had really bad WiFi. It was impossible to watch, upload or download anything, even send emails. In the first place we actually had to walk around the garden to try to get a few signals. We also were out and about all day and hardly spent anytime at the hotel so the little man ended up skipping his nap the whole holiday. I really couldn’t imagine myself at night, walking around the garden trying to get a few signals to post while being eaten by mosquitoes . At the end of the day, like my mum said to me, holidays are not for working. I also must recognise that it felt good to take a break from technology. We had an amazing family time, it was wonderful to spend some time together as my husband had been working very hard prior to our trip and we had hardly seen him for three whole weeks.
