20.01.2022 Just sold another property.. The property was officially on the market for 1/2 an hour.... You may think, why it was too cheap? Well the price was $40,000 more than the highest sale price for a 2 bedroom unit of that same era in that location and that one had 2 bathrooms...... My actual appraisal was $500,000 to $525,000 so the actual sales price of $530,000 is great. I am convinced that this price was achieved thanks to the correct marketing strategy pricing and negotiatio...n skills. ..... And I am amazed (but not really) that they are a few properties that are sitting unsold on the market!!! Unsold in this market??? There is nothing for sale and there are lots of buyers....
