20.01.2022 Just sold another property.. The property was officially on the market for 1/2 an hour.... You may think, why it was too cheap? Well the price was $40,000 more than the highest sale price for a 2 bedroom unit of that same era in that location and that one had 2 bathrooms...... My actual appraisal was $500,000 to $525,000 so the actual sales price of $530,000 is great. I am convinced that this price was achieved thanks to the correct marketing strategy pricing and negotiatio...n skills. ..... And I am amazed (but not really) that they are a few properties that are sitting unsold on the market!!! Unsold in this market??? There is nothing for sale and there are lots of buyers.... So if your property is listed and not selling you really really have to question why??? See more
