25.01.2022 Being mindful of the beautiful cleansing rain. The earth was in bloom this morning, I was feeling the vibration and listening to the messages of nature. Recent studies have shown spending time in nature boosts mood, increases seratonin levels and aids in a vibrational shift of energy through the body. Gathering circles are purposeful opportunities for women to gather and talk about topics that are important and meaningful to them.... Circles are a space where women can encourage, challenge and support each other. It's a way to amplify the power of women's leadership to share in wisdom and guidence. 18.01.2022 Self care! What do you feel defines self care? I'm hearing this alot lately, take care of our selves during this time of difficulty, uncertainty and fear. I am saying it to myself more and more and also the people around me. But what do you feel self care is?... To me self care is not just a physical aspect, drink plenty of water, exercise, sleep, meditate..! It's an internal process that is also about nurturing others. This morning my self care was helping my son clean his room, baking healthy plant based goodies so myself and my family are nourished with healthy food, spending time talking to my birds. My self care today was something in me that radiates out to the people I love and care about. Its a vibration shared through soulful activities that also affect others. Seeing others happy around me from my own self care fills me with love and happiness that no other physical or mindful activity can achieve. My self care was shared this morning in an unconscious way. I love to cook healthy food and that makes me happy but to know I am sharing this healthy food with my family also makes me happy. Self care is something you do to nurture yourself but also radiate out to others with a sense of community spirit. I'm hearing so many stories of others helping those around them and that is self care! If you see someone needing help either in the community or at home you do what you can to assist them promoting self care in you and also them. Of course your self care is whatever you feel nurtures your soul and that may not include others at the time, in fact you may want nothing more than to be alone.. Thats totally fine. Just be aware your energy from self care can also care for others. Stay safe, stay soulful and smile! E
17.01.2022 A thought is magnetic, so the thoughts we choose to focus on become vibrations that attract alike vibrations in the physical world, attracting matching experiences to us. So the person who is always worried about debt for example will inadvertently be attracting more debt while the person always thinking kind thoughts will attract acts of kindness toward them by others. When happiness is attained through an internal process rather through external stimulus people are more li...kely to stay happy as their happiness is not dependent on changeable circumstances. I have a fiend of mine who traveled so much with his children when they were young, he always had judgment from others saying that was damaging to his children going from school to school and not being stable. I asked him how he responded to that and he calmly said to me: "It has never mattered where we are in this world, we have a stable foundation of love and grounding within this family. My kids are fine with moving around because they know wherever we are they have a foundation of love and safety. They never needed the creature comforts of home to feel they were happy. We met amazing people and saw parts of the world where children had next to nothing and still had happiness". They weren't dependent on external needs to find happiness I found this beautiful, and his kids are amazing polite people. Classic example of how an internal stimulus grounded these children so no matter where they were, they had a foundation of love. Home was where the heart was for them. It was always with them no matter what changed around them. Have a think to yourself about your thought vibration, is it serving you in a positive way? E :)
16.01.2022 Easy home made wet wipes. You will need: A container to fit a paper towel roll A glass jug and spoon... A roll of biodegradable paper towel Natural dish soap Coconut oil Hot water On guard essential oil or any other cleansing oil you may have. Pour 1 1/2 cups of hot water into the glass jug, add a tbsp of coconut oil and a few drops of dish soap. Combine until all the coconut oil has melted. Add 15-20 drops of essential oil and give a good stir to combine all the ingredients. Push your paper towel roll into your container of choice and pour the water around the top of the paper towel. Wait a few minutes and gently pull the cardboard middle out of the roll. Pop your lid on and wait another 15 minutes for the paper towel to soak up the liquid. This is the easiest recipe and the awsum thing about it is you can customizer your wipes. Add lavender for a refreshing face and body wipe. (great for Nappy wipes). Add tea tree for skin irritations. Add peppermint for a cooling body wipe (great for sport activities). The coconut oil is also great for your skin and leaves it with a silky and smooth feel. We use these wipes everyday in my house for multiple things. It's cheap, easy and efficient. Enjoy E

15.01.2022 Hello lovelies, a few changes happening next year. Firstly there will be no anxiety meditation class anymore. I will still be running our Women's Empowerment Circle each week however the day has changed to a Friday from 9:30-10:30am. I am in the process of organizing more appointments for aromatherapy and counselling services online to give everyone a more flexible time frame for bookings. ... You have probably seen my posts each week about a Women's Empowerment Circle that is held Fridays at YogaSol. I just wanted to explain a little more about this circle for you all.... Firstly sacred circles have been held by many cultures for thousands of years celebrating a wide range of ceremonys. One thing in common all these circles have is a sense of "connection" held by the community or tribe. When we meet in circle we join to hold everyone in scared space and with purpose. Women are more naturally orientated to relationships and connection. Gathering circles are purposeful opportunities for women to join energy and talk about topics that are important and meaningful. Circles are a space where women can encourage, challenge and support each other in a loving environment. It's a way to amplify the power of women's leadership. To share wisdom and to guide others on their life's journey. 10.01.2022 Hello beautiful people. Things have been very quiet for me on the buisness side. I have had a few messages asking if I'm OK. Thank you for your thoughts. I have had some time off post Covid. I felt that during this time I needed to slow down and sort some journey seeking. ... I feel the need to say to you all to stay connected with nature. Sit outside in stillness and listen to the messages of the earth. The world is a crazy place especially during a pandemic but we always have nature to rely on. The waves on the beach , a running creek the wind on our faces , the rain on our skin, the warmth of the sun . This is always there, a constant support for our health and wellbeing. There are some things I am working on for the near future so please stay tuned. I wish you all health, connection and love.
09.01.2022 I have been quiet lately, classes stopped, clients stopped and I stopped too. This time has been challenging for us all in the many circumstances of our lives. A time of change, a shift in mind body and spirit. We have all been feeling un - energised, tired, drained and stressed. It's something I personally have been struggling with. ... My whole being is tired. And I know im not the only one. I'm still meditating, eating well and doing all the things I felt were good for my mental health at the time. But at the end of the day there is good reason for this feeling, we are experiencing something very different, something we have never experienced before and we need to be reminding ourselves, it's only temporary. Own your space. There is light at the end of this and we will all recover. Do what you need to do to get through your day and know what you did was enough! I wish you all light, health, love and connection. Keep going, keep powering through the waves. Your all doing amazing! X

04.01.2022 Did you know that something as simple as a thought can trigger a stress response (fight or flight) for some of us. One of the most beneficial ways to prevent this from happening or to manage it if it does, is to practice mindfulness. This is a great style of meditation for anyone to practice because we all have something in common... We are all in the hear and now. That's exactly what mindfulness is, practicing being in this moment and centering our mind and breath. It can... be practiced anywhere at any time weather your at work, in the car or on the toilet and requires no experience. All that needs to be done is be mindful on everything happening in that process. Sounds, smells, touch. One of my favourite mindfulness practices is having a mindful shower. Allowing the cool water to wash away all my tension and stress, and whats a better way to manage this heat. Cool showers are actually very beneficial for us. What's your fav mindfulness practice? 04.01.2022 Creating space This is your space to nurture yourself and disconnect from your daily routine. This place you create is unique to you and filled with all your special things.... A yoga mat? Books? Meditation pillow? Diffuser? Chair If you don't have a special space in your home to sit in stillness now may be a good time to create your space. Be mindful in this space and nurture your true authentic self. You are unique, beautiful and aloud to feel anyway you are in that moment. If you are feeling sad sit with your sadness, if your feeling frustrated sit with your frustration, if you are feeling guilty so with your guilt. These times are only temperary and you feel this way for your own special reason. Honour that. Sit in this space and process your thoughts, feelings and physical body. Do what you feel is right to bring yourself back to your Grounding. Turn off your phone, the telly, radio and try to have a quiet household. If you have kiddies try to create a new routine where you all sit in this new space and be still together. Gently talk about how your all feeling and process. Spend time in stillness, in body and in mind. The world is feeling a whole new energy, something we have never felt before. Creating a space where you can honour yourself as an individual, not a majority, is important at this time. Allow this disconnection from the world (isolation) to create a space within you of devine connection. Get to know yourself again without the influence of others. Without judgement, without social media, without fear of the unknown. Breath awareness back to your authentic self and know you are OK in this space. YOU are in control, you have always been in control, you are connected to yourself on a soul level, you are devine, you are human and no body knows you as well as yourself. Create a space just for you during this time of unease. Your special place. Process, feel and let go. I hope your all doing OK during this time, I am here if you need to reach out.
