12.01.2022 We love our Aussie lamb.....when it's cooked in perfect temperature...with succulent sides....so our chefs introduced our local molong lamb roulade as special...lamb boneless shoulder filleted in thin layer and stuffed with garlic,rosemery ,lemon zest ,spinach,carrot,zucchini and feta cheese....and oven roast till medium rare to medium and side of baked potatoes,broccolini and lamb and rosemery jus....
