22.01.2022 Experimenting with some new branding ideas and colours. What do you think of the colours? What's your favoright letter?

20.01.2022 Check out all my hand made magnets. I have so many on my own fridge! They are fairly simple to make, i use pre-cut wooden slices, sand them, prime them, use inks and pens to put the design on, then i coat with 1 Layer of clear satin spray, do the white details with gel pen, then another coat of spray and some 2 part epoxy resin. Then I glue the magnet on and sign the back. If you wanted to make some yourself at home you could use just about anything from your art supply box..., as long as you use some kind of clear primer and you could use clear nail polish over the top if you wanted to add a bit of shine and to protect your design. . . . . . . . . . . #magnets #etsyshop #woodenmagnets #handdrawn #woodsliceart #cute #illustrations @ Cairns, Queensland, Australia See more

18.01.2022 Happy Easter!! Just letting you know i have added some lucky dips to my etsy shop https://www.etsy.com/au/shop/IamSugarbeam There super good value, and all the items inside are hand made by me. I feel weird about trying to sell stuff at the moment as its such a strange time for all of us, but if you do have secured income and want to treat yourself whilst also supporting my little business, know that now more than ever it would be very appriciated

10.01.2022 Put some cute magnets up on my Etsy shop https://www.etsy.com/au/shop/IamSugarbeam There all completely unique designs and each one is hand drawn on to wood, and then coated in resin. They look so cute, and also are a really nice little gift.

05.01.2022 Our famous wall has sported some of the finest artists from Byron and surrounds. We’ve been lucky enough to host some incredible talent who’ve injected a little... of their own character into our Bayleaf cafe wall. As you all know, the arts industry has been dramatically affected with galleries and markets closing, so this time instead of commissioning the wall, we’ve decided that we’ll open it up to all local artists to pitch a design. We want to know what is important to you right now, what’s keeping you going? For us, life has changed pace but the natural beauty and surrounds of Byron Bay will never change and we want to demonstrate that. We want to keep it positive, inspiring and to project this love on to our local community. Submissions open from today and run until the end of May. Anyone considering putting their pitch forward please email [email protected]. Once the cafe is open we’ll also continue to support these local artists by hosting their very own gallery exhibition on the walls of the cafe. See more

01.01.2022 When Yung Fu Huang was told his village was going to be torn down to build a modern residential area, he decided to start painting it. Now, known as rainbow grandpa, at 98 years old, he was able to save his village
