16.01.2022 Its not just today...EVERY DAY is R U OK Day....never be afraid to ask - support is always available.

12.01.2022 On Mental Health Awareness Day 2020 - this campaign caught my eye. It serves me as a reminder to make and KEEP a promise to myself. Even though I work in the mental health industry, I need to constantly remind myself to look after myself, to prioritise my needs - but I always seem to put myself to the bottom of the pile. I need days like these to remember for myself and I hope it will serve as a reminder to you too. I will make a promise to myself to say something good to mys...elf every time I catch myself saying something mean to myself - that way I will at least have a balanced view of myself! What mental health promise will you make to yourself?

09.01.2022 It’s Women’s Health Week 2020 in Australia! I pay tribute to the women and girls of the world. Please use this week as a reminder to look after yourselves, your mental and physical wellbeing. Book that appointment! Ask that question! Share your health concerns and for once, prioritise yourself #womenshealthweek #womensupportingwomen #womencare #checkyourself #takecareofyourself #mbstaus

07.01.2022 Sometimes it seems impossible to speak to our children with our 'indoor voices' - put simply - we find ourselves shouting at them. Does it help? What impact does it have on our little babes? This article written for Dads - but equally it applies to anyone shouting at the little ones. Pass it on to anyone who could benefit from learning more about the impact of their actions.

06.01.2022 What have other women done for themselves? could any of these women inspire you? Each of these women use MINDFULNESS to direct their life choices, how it has shaped their view of the world and their personal values & beliefs. Is there a woman who has inspired you?

03.01.2022 On World mental health day 2020 i love LAYMHA campaign that reminds us to prioritise our personal needs for wellbeing. Have you thought about what your promise might be? #lookafteryourmentalhealthaustralia #lookafteryourself #laymha #mentalhealth #prioritiseyourself #mbstaus
