13.01.2022 As the halfway point approaches, I just wanted to congratulate the 6-week challenge members on their tremendous effort thus far This week members began split training sessions. Split training sessions are great for focusing attention to certain muscle groups whilst still providing adequate recovery to muscles before damaging again. Split programs are a great tool to avoid overtraining or injury.

Steph Grasso a RD explains that whole grains contain more nutrients such as Fibre, B vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, healthy fats and vitamin E. Whereas refined grains only contain the main carbohydrate component from the grain. When preparing meals, try to add more whole grain products to your meals.
