I have worked in gyms and did a lot of outdoor sessions until recently we built a PT studio at the back of our house. I have had a semi hiatus from full time Personal Training with 3 beautiful boys entering the world. Am lucky enough to still have the very first clients I started with and most of my clients have been with me for 6yrs or more.
