I made this soothing drink to knock that cold on the head! And hammered the Vitamin C!!!... 13.01.2022 Is this you? A little while ago, I noticed that I was starting to feel overwhelmed by life. I was tired, unmotivated, irritable and snappy with friends and family (which is not me at all!) Physically, my blood pressure had increased, I was constantly feeling sick in the stomach and had bouts of diarrhoea and reflux (sorry to be graphic). I was constantly craving sugary and carbohydrate foods like coffee and pasta Fortunately, I recognised these feelings, as I have exper...ienced them before when I was working in the corporate world and studying.
