13.01.2022 Nature nutures us. Science is explaining what we intuitively know, and showing how time spent in nature improves cognitive function, decreases stress response, blood pressure & heart rate and improves all kinds of other heath & wellbeing outcomes - not bad for a therapy with no known side effects, that's readily available & has zero cost! At the end of the day, we come out in nature not because the science says it does something to us, but because of how it makes us feel.
