25.01.2022 AWESOME NEWS I love seeing this from my clients! It really does make what you are doing as a job really worth it! Waking up and seeing these messages is awesome! My client came to me starting at 94.6 KGS and told me he wanted to lose his belly fat and also liked to snack on potato crisps and choc chips cookies. Myself and my client worked closely together to find out what foods he enjoyed and what foods he didn’t enjoy so I could get a better understanding of his daily ...habits which allowed me to put a meal plan together to suit his needs. Along with MadFitness Personal Training helping him with his other goal which was to tone up and to gain cardio back! We both couldn’t be more prouder of what you have achieved in only one week!
