03.01.2022 Deck of Cards workout. Fun little workout I did today, I wanted to do a full body workout, but I wanted to do something different, so I got myself a deck of cards I had lying around the house. ... Every suit in the deck of cards (numbered 2-10) represents a different strength exercise and the card value equals the number of reps. Every face card (jack, queen, king, ace) represents a cardio exercise, for this pick the amount of reps it represents before you start. (As seen in the picture) Shuffle playing cards and place the stack somewhere convenient. Once you’ve warmed up, flip the first card and do the exercise that corresponds with it. You can continue this process of flipping one card and completing the exercise until you go through the whole deck or until you’ve reached the amount of time you planned for your workout. Move through the exercises as quickly as possible without sacrificing form and try to rest as little as possible between each card/move. This will keep your heart rate up and help you burn more calories! This game works for all fitness levels as you can pick exercises that suit you.
