12.01.2022 What a rollercoaster of a few weeks. Stepping back and seeing the work the Mackay region has put in to support their animal friends is truly astonishing! In this time, some things have stood out to me. One of which, is Doreen and Wayne's care packages which periodically pop up at Woolworths Mount Pleasant throughout the year. I would like to personally thank, both Doreen and Wayne, for their continued support to their community... it does not go unnoticed.

02.01.2022 Just poppin' up to say 'Hi". 53 days to Christmas! And we all know what this means... the season of care and generosity is creeping upon us. With this, we are excited to announce the annual Emmett4Animals Christmas Appeal. Get excited! The drill is the same as it always has been! Landmarks around Mackay play host to a small blue collection point where the Mackay community has the opportunity to support LOCAL lost and abandoned animals. These landmarks include; Woolworths Mount Pleasant and Canelands, Pert, Perry and Evans Veterinary Clinic in both Mount Pleasant and on Nebo Road and Marlins Swim School in the Northern Beaches. In addition to this, you can contact me personally to submit your donation; phone call 0418663018. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated.
