25.01.2022 At Park Central in Bowden, the formwork for the ground floor slab pour is complete and reinforcement installation is approximately 30% installed. Precast walls and columns are being formed off site, and all is progressing well. Jack Young

The project was purpose built for Viva Energy (Shell) who have taken a long term Lease of the property. 16.01.2022 The Emmett team have hit another milestone with our Park Central development at Bowden. The 11th floor slab has been completed and now walls and steel are being erected for the roof structure. The tallest building in Bowden is getting closer to completion. Further updates on this landmark project to come.

Ellenbrook has been recognised as the best master-planned community in the world by the International Real Estate Federation. Construction is now well and truly underway and is progressing well. 09.01.2022 2018 was another great year for Emmett with the completion of many projects across all property sectors. Detailed below is our Mandurah service station which was purpose built for 7-Eleven who have taken a long term lease. The site commenced trading in August and was our second project with 7-Eleven in WA. We wish all of our clients and friends well for 2019 and we look forward to updating you about the completion of other 2018 projects, as well as detailing our developments in the pipeline for 2019.

09.01.2022 We are proud to showcase our most recent service station development, this time in the southern Perth suburb of Byford. This project was finished in late 2016, just in time for our tenant partner 7-Eleven to capitalise on the Christmas holiday trade. We take this opportunity to thank all of those involved in this project. This project once again demonstrates Emmetts ability to deliver purpose built premises for customers throughout Australia.

07.01.2022 We have completed another development project. Our purpose built Drakes Supermarket at Salisbury North is now finished and trading. We purchased this 6,363sqm site which included an older smaller store which Drakes were trading from. We designed a new shop around the existing store and constructed it so that our tenant did not miss a day’s trade from the site. Another successful development and construction project by the team at Emmett. Thank you to all of those involved in the project and a big thanks to the Drakes Supermarkets team.

07.01.2022 Emmett is thrilled to announce the completion and recent opening of Goodstart Early Learning Centre on Oaklands Road in Somerton Park. The centre was constructed for 110 childcare places and highlights Emmetts ability to purpose-build facilities for clients throughout Australia.
