Have you been working from home and are you suffering from spending way too much time at your computer, looking at a screen - head and necks forward, shoulders hunched, compromised seated position? Stuck in front of a screen for the whole day with some saying they forget to move from their chair from the beginning to the end of their workday.... I'm treating more headaches, tight necks, shoulder and arm pain and aching lower backs than usual...and numb bums! I am open. I am taking the necessary COVID precautions.
