14.01.2022 Just about to start turning this mass of Ingredients into; 1 x Cowboy hat shaped Paleo Orange and Chocolate cake, 12 x White Chocolate and Macadamia Nut cupcakes, 12 x Strawberry and Pistachio Cupcakes, 12 x Rocky Road cupcakes and 12 x Chocolate Caramel cupcakes, for 3 lovely people's shared birthday party. Happy Birthday guys.

12.01.2022 Hey lovely people. Sorry for the lack of posts. My oven broke so I was unable to continue business and then I had a baby. I have moved now so I have a functioning oven again and my little man is a month old so I am able to take small orders again. Over the next few weeks I hope to put up some pictures of some desserts I have been developing. Until then here are a few gorgeous desserts I will be recreating and taking to the next level.

11.01.2022 The Rocky Road Cupcakes and Strawberry Pistachio Cupcakes are all finished and ready for pick up. The Cowboy hat, Chocolate Caramel Cupcakes and Macadamia Nut and White Chocolate Cupcakes will be finalised first thing, all just awaiting their last decorations. Photos to follow.

11.01.2022 This is the first trial of a dessert I am creating. It is made from callebeut couverture chocolate. It is milk chocolate mousse. White chocolate ganache, raspberry coulis, chocolate mudcake, dark chocolate ganache and gold dust. I need to make some changes but it is definitely off to a good start.

09.01.2022 Baking commences today for the High Tea Bridal Shower. I will post some pictures as I progress so you guys can see the magic happen :p

07.01.2022 Gluten free vanilla bean sponge cake, green and blue theme wedding cake. 48 cupcakes, 1 giant cupcake.
