24.01.2022 One question I am asked daily & multiple times. Jen can you remind me of my appointment time Super easy guys, you don’t always need to search emails. I’ve posted a video before but here’s a step by step on how to check. ... On either fb or Insta, go to my page and click BOOK NOW On the right hand side you will see LOG IN You will be asked for your mobile number to send a code, do this. Once done you will see MENU pop up on the left Click MY APPOINTMENTS. Then all future and past appointments are visible for you. This will help save time waiting for a response from me, I’m not always available to get back to you as quickly as I’d like too. Jen x

23.01.2022 Important announcement Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances E.M.P Lash & Body has had to relocate back to our home premises in Narangba for the time being. All appointments booked will stay the same with updated address to come in appointment reminder text messages, please take note. If you are a client who had linked appointments with any of the Lashes By Sophie staff please don’t worry about your appointment. I will do my best to reach you all to reschedule you...r appointment to a more suitable time or cancel if need be. I appreciate your understanding of a reshuffle, it is not something anyone at the salon could have seen coming, and we are doing what we can to ensure your appointment goes ahead as planned. If you have been to ANY Covid hot spot in the last ... 14 days to reschedule your appointment. If you are sick, please cancel your appointment. We are limited to numbers within salon, 1 customer to attend the appointment room at a time (unless with a minor) Please use the sanitiser provided or bring your own to use. Please do not wait until the minute of your appointment, allow a moment to fill out the Covid tracing forms prior to your appointment. If you need to call & speak with me to use the phone number in your confirmation emails or that can be found on this page. As a seperate business to our residency we do not use the same phone for bookings. Don’t forget we have other relaxing customers in salon also, a quiet chat is welcome, remembering to keep conversations appropriate. Thank you so much for understanding. 14.01.2022 A huge Thank You to all of my clients today for their understanding & beautiful messages. Miss M was rushed to hospital last night unexpectedly causing me to have to reschedule today which could have been a complete nightmare if it wasn’t for the love & support for both the crazy kid & myself. Miles is doing well. Still in hospital at the moment. There maybe a delay with message replies as our little assistant is resting & I’m mumming the best I can. ... At this stage we are booked out prior to Christmas. If any cancellations come up they will be available online.

Miss E got her little beep beep a few days earlier than expected before her 16th but we decided to do it on a special day with family. Thank you all for helping keep the secret and being as excited as we are. Next time you see her you can mention it now lol x

07.01.2022 Parking... When arriving to an appointment please feel free to park in the drive way. My husband & I both park on the lawn so you are able to use the driveway. The other option is sometimes there is road space between our home and the double story next door neighbour or if easier there is the long grassed area to the side of our home on Stark Drive you are welcome to park there also. We have the best delivery guy & postie who need access to the front yard for easy delivery.... (also hubby is a grumpy lawn guy... but I never said that ) Thanks & appreciate you all.
