Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. It's an opportunity to collectively shine a light on suicide prevention in Australia both politically and at a community level. Everyone has a role to play in preventing suicide and choices we make today can help. You don't need to be an expert to reach out - just a good friend and a great listener.
