16.01.2022 Arindam Dey presented a paper at the IEEE ISMAR conference today.
16.01.2022 Today 12 of our honors and masters students presented their research seminars on a variety of topics including virtual reality, augmented reality, and lifelogging. They reported on their research topic and progress made to date. They have another semester to finish the projects that will include running user studies and writing a thesis. Hopefully, some of these projects will also be published in peer-reviewed venues.
14.01.2022 Our paper published at IEEE Virual Reality this year is now available online. Here we presented a cognitively adaptive training system in virtual reality using EEG. We are further pursuing this research area and would love to collaborate if this is an are that interests you.
13.01.2022 A work from our co-director Chelsea Dobbins is featured on the Shimmers website. We are using Shimmers3 and other physiological and neurological sensors in our research!

06.01.2022 Today we were visited by academics from IIITDelhi. We talked about various collaboration opportunities in empathic computing and, of course, toured our beautiful campus.
05.01.2022 Today we had the pleasure of hosting Prof. Mark Billinghurst at our lab. He presented his research on Empathic Computing to the packed room of attendees from our school and beyond.
02.01.2022 Some new toys for the lab. A bit late to join the party but we are now looking forward to put it to a good use.
02.01.2022 We have got some new equipment for the lab! Four Shimmers3 GSR kits, two Alienware laptops, and one RTX 2080.
01.01.2022 We will be attending IEEE ISMAR conference to present a full-paper and organize the XR4GOOD workshop together with our close collaborators at the Empathic Computing Laboratory. Please meet us there :)
